Mary Khano Foteh
Attorney Mary Khano Foteh has been practicing law since 2000. Mrs. Foteh received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1999, and her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Houston in 1996. She became Board Certified in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in December 2006, and has successfully maintained her board certification status since that time. Her practice areas focus on Immigration and Nationality Law, and Texas Family Law.
She is a member of many organizations and groups, including the State Bar of Texas, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Fort Bend County Bar Association, the College of the State Bar, and various other groups and organizations. She is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts.
