Mary Khano Foteh has been practicing law since 2000, and her practice areas focus on Immigration and Nationality Law, and Family Law.  Mrs. Foteh received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1999, and her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Houston in 1996.  She became Board Certified in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in December 2006.
 
She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2000, and has been an AILA Houston Chapter Liaison since 2005.  She is a Mentor Attorney for the National Center for Refugee and Immigrant Children.  Mrs. Foteh is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Fort Bend County Bar Association.  She is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts. She is of Middle Eastern descent, and is fluent in English and Arabic, and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French. 
 
Mrs. Foteh was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where she currently resides with her husband, Mark I. Foteh, Attorney At Law, and son, Paul.
